These Terms govern your use of Perqz (the "Service"), operated by Yazh Entertainment Systems ("we"). By using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and resident in India to participate.

2. Your account & identity

Identity is tied to your device and, optionally, your WhatsApp number. Don't create multiple identities, impersonate others, or manipulate entries; we may void points or entries obtained through abuse.

3. Points, entries & rewards

Points and entries have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be adjusted to prevent abuse. Earning points increases your chance of winning but does not guarantee any prize. Prize draws are governed by the Contest Rules.

4. Brand content & watch-to-earn

Brand questions and ad videos are provided by third parties and clearly badged. Rewards for watching require genuine viewing; fast-forwarding or spoofing watch-time may forfeit the reward. We are not responsible for third-party brand claims.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, scrape data, or use bots. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Brand marks belong to their owners.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is typically zero, as the Service is free).

8. Third-party platforms

Perqz is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google/YouTube, Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Threads), or any brand, except where stated.

9. Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or terminate access, at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: Contact us.
