These rules govern the prize draws on Perqz, run by Yazh Entertainment Systems. By participating you agree to these rules and our Terms.

No purchase necessary

Participation is free. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Eligibility

Open to residents of India aged 18+. Employees of the operator and partner brands and their immediate families are not eligible.

How to enter

Answer questions and/or watch eligible brand videos to earn points. Each entry is tied to your verified identity. The more you answer, the more entries you receive — which increases, but does not guarantee, your chance of winning.

Prizes

Prizes may include gold, a trip, term-insurance cover, movie/event tickets, gift cards, or brand-sponsored rewards, as listed in the app. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated. Brand-sponsored prizes are fulfilled by the sponsoring brand.

Winner selection & notification

Winners are selected by a random draw from eligible entries at the stated draw time. Winners are notified on their verified WhatsApp number and must respond and complete any verification within the stated period, or an alternate winner may be chosen.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes (including TDS on prizes under Indian law) are the winner's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Not sponsored by platforms

These promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google/YouTube or Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Threads).

We may change, suspend, or cancel a draw for legal reasons or suspected fraud. Our decisions are final. Questions: Contact us.
